Jeff Bozich
New Zealand Manager
Jeff Bozich joined Magellan in July 2019, stepping into the business with a clear vision to grow and establish Magellan as a leading force in the local market. With over 25 years in the freight and logistics industry, Jeff brings a wealth of experience across operations, customs, business development, key account management, and general management.
Driven by self-motivation and perseverance, Jeff thrives on building long-term client partnerships and delivering standout service.
When not busy developing winning supply chain solutions for his clients, Jeff takes every opportunity to travel the world or around NZ with his wife and daughters, sampling local cuisine and immersing himself in the culture. Back home, you’ll find him in the kitchen recreating an exotic dish he discovered on his most recent trip or researching his next adventure.
Tania Clarke
Business Development Manager, NZ
With nearly 30 years in the logistics industry, Tania Clarke brings infectious energy and an unwavering passion for sales to her role as Business Development Manager at Magellan.
While she has experience in all aspects of freight forwarding, sales has always been her true calling. Whether developing logistics solutions or raving about her latest favourite product, Tania’s enthusiasm is both persuasive and genuine. She thrives on building strong client relationships and driving growth, all while championing the collaborative team culture she loves—especially CultureWise at Magellan.
Outside of the office, she and her husband are top Cane Corso breeders in the Asia Pacific and export globally. She is a self-proclaimed gym ninja and fishing enthusiast – some of her best ideas are sparked on the water. Add a glass of Pinot Gris or Sav Blanc to the mix, and she’s in her happy place.
Kariena Brill
Operations Supervisor & Account Manager
With 18 years of experience in shipping and freight forwarding, Kariena brings deep industry knowledge, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering passion for client service to her role at Magellan.
She began her logistics journey at just 19, choosing hands-on experience over further study—and never looked back. Known for her adaptability, loyalty, and drive, Kariena thrives on finding solutions to knotty logistics challenges and finds motivation in delivering exceptional outcomes that make an impact for her many delighted clients and their businesses.
Adding a global outlook, Kariena, originally from South Africa, infuses our team with a contagious energy. When she’s not going the extra mile expertly managing clients’ freight, she enjoys cycling with her son, cheering for Max Verstappen in F1, or turning up EDM music on her morning commute to start the day with a bang.
